Erected originally as an office tower in 1903, then converted into a hotel with 150 rooms. After the building was demolished in 1979, the site was occupied by a Hardee%u2019s restaurant until it was torn down in 2000. The location has been home to the Barnes & Thornburg Building since 2021.
