Erected in 1929 by William Graham on the site of the Bowles Hotel (which was originally known as the Gentry Hotel). It had 100 guest rooms, and a banquet room with a seating capacity for 200 that was lighted with crystal chandeliers. There was another dining room on the second floor with seating for 120, and 85% of the rooms included baths. Restored and converted into an office building in 1979 by the Cook Group.
