This is an example of a postal stationary First Day Cover with a pre-printed Forever stamp depicting a United States flag. This envelope was cancelled in Liberty, Missouri on June 15, 2020, and was released in 10 variations (in different sizes, with or without a self-adhesive flap, and with or without a window). Incongruously, this cover also contains a Balloon Jupiter stamp, along with a cachet, that commemorates the life of John Wise, who was born not in Liberty, Missouri, but in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The image in the cachet shows one of Wise%u2019s balloons being inflated in Lancaster, believed to be in 1868, but it is not Jupiter, as stated on the cover.John Wise as a young man.
