Signed by William Ezra Jenner, who was an Indiana State Senator from 1934 to 1942. A supporter of McCarthyism, Jenner served in the U.S. Senate from 1944 to 1945 and again from 1947 to 1959. In 1952, he claimed the United Nations had infiltrated the American educational system. Jenner ran for Governor in 1940 and 1948, losing both times, and died in Bedford in 1985.Newspaper clipping found inside cover.
