Becken was a Minneapolis, Minnesota philately collector, dealer, and author.Likely a courtesy envelope provided to guests by the historic New York City hotel. Originally constructed in 1911, the 27-story landmark is 282-feet high. A bronze marquee covers the entrance with the name Wellington topping it in neon script in all three sides.
