                                    Cachet Craft was founded by Frederick B. Fitts of Framingham, MA in 1937, sold to Athol and Virginia Cliff of Millburn, NJ in 1953, and ceased to be in 1971. Ken Boll was quite prolific, and produced about 500 cachets for Cachet Craft. He created two designs for the Indiana Territory Sesquicentennial stamp.The Robert Fulton Stamp Company was founded by Pennsylvania attorney Robert Ruppin. It produced cachets for Canadian and U.S. stamps only between the years of 1946 and 1950, after which Ruppin returned to the practice of law.
