Built in 1928 as the Lockerbie Hotel, it became the Hotel Warren when Glenn Warren purchased the building. It was renovated and renamed the Canterbury Hotel in 1983, then was renovated again into the Le M%u00e9ridien Indianapolis in 2014. The building is attached to the Circle Centre Mall, which was constructed around the hotel.
