With a period lobby and an art-deco check-in counter, it has two floors featuring both single and twin rooms with attached baths. The lower-level houses a large and spacious women%u2019s dormitory that allows for communal accommodations, and a smaller men%u2019s dormitory. It was the first fire-proof building in the state of Indiana.
