A Century of Progress %u2022 Vintage PostcardsGeneral Exhibits Building, WF-49This is just south of Science Hall with which it is connected by a curved bridge. It consists of five pavilions extending east and west from the north and south axis of the building. Each pavilion has a main hall 40x60 ft. and 46 ft. high. Between the pavilions are landscaped courts with gardens and pools, and ramps and stairways leading to the second floor. They contain exhibits of Mineral Industries, Graphic Arts, Oil, Jewelry, Office Furnishings, Textiles, etc.J.O. Stoll Co. SeriesEntrance to the Enchanted Island, WF-26This is a 5-acre land of make-believe on Northerly Island, where thousands of children may play in a storybook setting. It is one of the most novel features ever produced at a great exposition, and offers a wonderful series of events to interest children. The giant coaster wagon, 15 ft. high, is seen in the center of the picture.
