A Century of Progress %u2022 Vintage PostcardsThe Sinclair Exhibit of the Earth a Hundred Million Years Ago, WF-45The Sinclair Refining Company%u2019s prehistoric exhibit is the first attempt to recreate out of doors a portion of the earth%u2019s surface as it existed a hundred million years ago. It shows the huge beasts off that time, as living, moving animals surrounded by the rocks, trees, and shrubs of ancient Mesozoic time. The seven Sinclair dinosaurs include Brontosaurus, 70 ft. long and weighing 40 tons, Stegosarus, Tyrannosarus and Triceratops.J.O. Stoll Co. SeriesEntrance to Streets of ParisA portion of old Paris of the Latin Quarter and Montmartre is reproduced on the Midway, just south of the twenty-third street bridge on the lake front. It contains a score of enclosed shops, a half-dozen cafes, a large restaurant, two dance pavilions and ten sideshows. It is tremendously popular, drawing enormous crowds, and its art class and Parisian dancing have attracted much attention.
