The Lafayette Philatelic Society sold almost 20,000 envelopes bearing this cachet to local businesses, industries, and individuals. The Duncan Electric Company seems to have purchased some to mail with the above enclosure. Signed by Harold Willis Handley and Crawford Fairbanks Parker. Handly was Governor of Indiana from 1957 to 1961 and Parker was his Lieutenant Governor.
