Dykeman made a provision in his will in 1911 for a hospital. But because of delays caused by aflood in 1913, World War I, and wrangling over the location and funding, it wasn%u2019t erected until 1925. In July 1947,its name changed to Memorial Hospital, and after many additions, it continues to serve the area.Hospitals
