In Augsburg, the Teaching and Testing Center will lay the foundation for the first Teaching Test Center in Bissingen near Donauworth. In Bremen, the Teaching and Testing Center will set up and move into new rooms. In Darmstadt, the Teaching and Testing Center will create new conference facilities and trajectory tracking facilities. In Hanover, the Teaching and Testing Center will manufacture additional missiles. And in collaboration with the construction group, develop and manufacture missiles for longer ranges. The Testing Group will put a new, mobile launch frame into operation and will also create better recovery options for the use of supply rockets.Bremen, February 5, 1966.
