Transported with H.O.G. rocket.(text on back) In conjunction with the meeting of European scientists from December 3-5, 1965 in Hanover, the testing team of the Rocket and Space TechnologyTraining and Testing Center of the Hermann Oberth Society launched the second series of the latest supply rockets at a test site in northern Germany that was not open to the public. What was probably the heaviest snowfall since the turn of the century and the sudden drop in temperatures did not affect the launches of the missiles, but did affect their visibility and recovery. The launch management and the company's engineers who present were able to gain experience through these weather conditions that are of crucial importance in the further development of these new supply aircraft. This means the Hermann Oberth Society's goal of providing the Public, and especially the responsible authorities, with supply rockets that can be launched regardless of the weather and in any situation has been achieved. This card, among other things, was carried as part of the payload, and was handed over to the German Federal Post Office at the special post office in Hanover.for stamping and normal transport by post after recovery.
