The Quaker Oats Co. was founded In Ravenna, OH in the late 1800s. It purchased the Aunt Jemima mills in St. Joseph Missouri in 1925.A partner in this law firm, and author of the enclosed letter (see next page), Luther Ely Smith was described by the National Park Service as the %u201cfather of the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial,%u201d which was renamed the Gateway Arch National Park in 2018.
