They are one of the premier cachet makers, and their covers feature a watermark on a fine linen-finish paper.Signed by George N. Craig, who served as the National Commander of the American Legion during the Indiana Territory Sesquicentennial, and was Indiana%u2019s Governor from 1953 to 1957.
