The IPSA%u2019s third set of six stamps, released May 27, 1976. Denominations were 0%u00a2 (Thomas Murray), 5%u00a2 (Elihu Burritt), 10%u00a2 (Paul Julius Reuter), 15%u00a2 (Galileo Galilei), 25%u00a2 (Susan B. Anthony), and 50%u00a2 (Charles A. Lindbergh). The zero-cent stamp could be used by IPSA supporters to mail petitions to their congressmen at no cost. This set was designed by Roger Koerber of Southfield, Michigan, and printed in England by Thomas De La Rue & Company Ltd.
