The IPSA%u2019s second set of six stamps, celebrating the company%u2019s 5th anniversary, released April 10, 1973. Denominations were 4%u00a2 (Harry S Truman), 4%u00a2 (Lyndon B. Johnson), 5%u00a2 (Fifth Anniversary of IPSA),20%u00a2 (Free Enterprise), 25%u00a2 (Martin Luther King, Jr.), and 75%u00a2 (IPSA Gram). The 75%u00a2 stamp was for a special delivery service.
