Carter Memorial Hospital.U.S. Veterans Hospital%u2014%u2014Indianapolis, Indiana%u2014%u2014Established 1932This facility was the second location for the VA hospital in Indianapolis. It opened in 1952 on West 10th Street,and became the Richard L. Roudebush Indianapolis VA Medical Center.Hospitals
