The building is 350 feet by 150 feet of modern design and located on Outer Drive at Fourteenth Street. The building, first exposition structure to be competed, was designed by the three Chicago members of the World%u2019s Fair Architectural Commission%u2014Edward H. Bennett, Hubert Burnham, and John A.
