The tale was based on a falsified manuscript.Issued on November 17.Two stamps, each depicting a man on horseback beneath a soaring dirigible (something that never flew in Tuva), from a set of 6 air-mail stamps commemorating the 15th Anniversary of the People%u2019s Republic of Tannu Tuva.
