CAM-34-6, First 24-Hour Flight%u2014%u2014April 20, 1931%u2014%u2014Indianapolis to Newton, KS%u2014%u2014Transcontinental and Western Air, Inc.This was the first coast-to-coast flight flown in under 24-hours. Signed by Robert Bryson, who was appointed Acting Postmaster of Indianapolis on January 16 1922, then Postmaster on January 18, 1922. He served until 1932. Also signed by Josiah Foltz who was appointed Acting Postmaster of Newton Kansas on October 1, 1923, then Postmaster on December 18, 1923. He served until 1934.
