Featuring a rubber-stamped cachet on the front describing the original plan to have President Franklin Roosevelt open the Fair, and a rubber-stamped cachet on the back saying that Postmaster General James A Farley was there in his stead. This cover contained two envelope stuffers, each promoting WMAQ radio personality Ralph A. Kimble%u2014the Stamp Man%u2014which can be found on the next two pages. Cancelled on Opening Day, May 27, 1933 at A Century of Progress Station.
