Franklin Street, Wheaton (Illinois). Now 80 years old and dispersing of his stamp collection (what was left). He was robbed 7 times while in Chicago and bunch of collection stolen from safe. States that the Swappers Club was run by him from his basement and that he printed up a few covers on a press he had. He signed 3 [with 11 superimposed] #728, 730, 731, and dated them %u2014 had 2 more dupes in collection.Lee Ellebats
